Shipping/Handling costs
Shipping costs to Belgium, Austria ,Germany and The Netherlands are € 2,49. Shipping to other destinations is only possible by payment in advance of which costs are always *€ 40,00. *This excludes the following destinations in Western Europe: shipping costs to Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Spain are € 15,00. Shipping costs to Finland, Norway, Ireland, Portugal and Poland are € 20,00. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you live in the United Kingdom you can place an order at wolky.co.uk. If you would like to pay in dollars, you can place an order at wolky.com

The minimum order value is € 15,00 per order.

Delivery 
When you order Wolky’s between Monday / Saturday it will be processed within 24 hours and often shipped the same day. Our standard shipments to the UK with UPS and/or DPD. When items are out of stock we will contact you. Availability of our products depends on the stock in our stores or the Wolky manufacturer (Wolky BV.). We will ship the Wolky’s to the address indicated in the order. Normally your order will be delivered in 3-8 business days. If you have any extra wishes for your shipment please contact us, we will keep it in mind. 
Once your order has been packed and sent for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you have selected 'pick up in store', you will receive a call on your specified phone number when your order is ready to be collected.

Currency
All articles are priced in Euros.

Shipping and payment methods
We will ship to the address specified in the 'ordering form'. We will check national address databases to verify name and address information. Orders outside the Netherlands are shipped to your credit card or PayPal billing address. All personal information will be sent over a secure-server (SSL). Make sure that the credit card information provided is correct or the order may not be carried out.

Your credit card will not be charged before the goods are shipped to you.
You will receive confirmation of shipment within 24 hours, or be notified of any delay at that time. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from the manufacturer. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing banks.

Order information
1) Make your choice from the entire range of Wolky and Cloud9 models and maintenance products.

2) Select the size and colour and click on the 'order' button. 'Coming soon' products can also be reserved via the same method. Click the 'Reserve' button and the selected product will be placed in your shopping cart.

3) On the next page you will see an overview of the articles that you would like to order/reserve. If you wish you can remove any of the products from your shopping cart by clicking the red cross.  If you want to keep on shopping click on the 'continue shopping' button. During shopping you can check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the yellow 'shopping cart' button. To proceed to the completion of your order click on the 'contact information' button.
 
4) For the next step you can choose from 2 options:

- I have no account
- I have an account

Choose the option that applies to you.

5) Enter your contact information and address. All boxes with a '*' are mandatory. At the bottom of the page you can choose to subscribe to our newsletter that will be sent via email.

6) After entering your data and choosing the delivery method click on the 'proceed to checkout' button.

7) On the next screen you will see an overview of your order. Please check your contact data and delivery address. On this screen you can also add a remark to your order. Please enter your remark (not mandatory) in the text field. You can also enter a gift certificate code in the certificate code field if you have one. We can also send the delivery to your neighbours , if that is okay with you please enter their house number (not mandatory).

8) When you have checked all of your information, contact data and address details please select a payment method. You can choose from:

-Visa
-PayPal
-American Express
- Sofort Banking/Mr Cash

9) After selecting your payment method please accept the terms and conditions for the delivery by Wolkyshop by ticking the box. Click pay to proceed to the next step.

10) Please follow the payment instructions and enter the necessary information.

11) After completing your payment you will see a confirmation on your screen. You will also receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order.

12) Once your order has been packed and sent for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you have selected 'pick up in store', you will receive a call on your specified phone number when your order is ready to be collected.

28-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
After trying your Wolky's if you are not TOTALLY SATISFIED simply return your purchase to us within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund. For customers in the UK we offer FREE shipping and FREE returns. Customers outside the UK must pay for return shipping to us via any method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Defective Merchandise 
All items are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. We cannot give guarantee to goods that are used for other purposes other than what they are made for. If you have any doubt about a Wolky shoe or sandal do not hesitate to write to us with your query. We will always try to assist and support you.
